I have just opened an account with Compass having moved from another supplier who let us down badly on two occasions in the last year. I can only say how impressed I have been already with the level of service provided by Compass and the competitive nature of its pricing. Just getting through to someone on the phone so quickly was a revelation in itself! The account opening and ordering process was fast and easy and the people I have spoken to were efficient, helpful, and friendly without exception.

My oil was ordered on a Monday and delivered on the Thursday which was impressive and the delivery driver from Cardiff could not have been more pleasant. A faultless experience, so thank you. I am very pleased that I moved to Compass.

I wish to thank you all again for ‘riding to the rescue’ this morning when I needed a delivery urgently after my tank had been emptied, I cannot fault your response, the lady I spoke to was polite, relaxed and went out of her way to be helpful, I phoned just after 08.30 and received the oil 2 hours later! – I will be switching to Compass Energy and setting up a direct debit.

We’re new to Herefordshire, were running low on oil and were being seriously let down by another supplier just before Christmas. We phoned Compass hoping they might be able to help. They immediately understood our situation and made an exception to slot us into their already fully booked schedule to deliver oil to us the very next day. My family and I moved into a new property that was low on oil. I contacted other firms who said it could take up to 15 days to deliver. I was referred to Compass Energy by a friend and contacted them straight away. They organised everything for us, in a friendly and professional way and couldn’t have been more helpful. The oil was delivered within a few days and was cheaper than I had previously been quoted. Excellent service!

Extremely friendly service! Rang up as we had ran out of oil, the team at Compass Energy did all they could to get us a delivery ASAP. They managed to get us one within the hour! The driver was lovely too, and we didn’t have to pay extra for the speedy delivery! Highly recommend and will be using them from now on!
