For years we have been using BoilerJuice but they let us down with a missed delivery and could not be clear about when it was coming. I called compass and spoke to David - he worked hard with their team contacting several drivers and initially thought he could get oil to us the next day but then called back to say they would come same day. That alone was brilliant but I can also state that they were significantly cheaper than BoilerJuice as well. My wife told me the delivery driver was brilliant too - friendly and efficient.

Sharon was an absolute star. She was so helpful in establishing a delivery time and helped us with a minor issue. She was calm and responsive. Their driver who delivered was very good too. Nice oil company to deal with.

An outstanding business . Everything about this company is great. Super friendly staff ( head office and drivers) and they get the important stuff right. For example setting the price in advance, letting you know the delivery date, and regular drivers who know the property. Well done!

After a horrid experience with Watson Oils (who we've been a customer of for many years) we placed an order with Compass and the difference in service was like night and day. Compass have been brilliant and we have our old Watson's Oil delivery driver back (It's not just customers that are swapping!).
